mfd: wcd9xxx: Disable IRQ wake when disable the IRQ

The wcd9xxx driver disables codec IRQ when codec HW is in bad shape
so driver cannot access registers to clear IRQ in order to prevent IRQ
flooding.
When the codec IRQ is disabled, currently IRQ wake isn't being disabled.
Disable IRQ wake when disable the IRQ so malfunctioning codec HW cannot
interfere pm suspend.
