NFC: pn533: Remove pn533_send_cmd_frame_sync

Remove obsolate pn533_send_cmd_frame_sync() and use
previously added new iface for sync send.

The new interface require the use of individual skb for each
cmd which removes some memcpy calls and hides frame logic.
