ARM: dts: msm: add VDD_APC0/1 spm-regulator devices for msmplutonium

Add a pair of spm-regulator devices to control pmplutonium S8 and
S11 regulators on msmplutonium.  The S8 regulator corresponds to
the VDD_APC0 supply.  The S11 regulator is gang leader of the
three phase VDD_APC1 supply.

Configure the pair of spm-regulator devices for SPM bypass on
msmplutonium-sim since the msmplutonium simulator does not yet
have full SPM support.

Remove the stub-regulator devices used to represent the VDD_APC0
and VDD_APC1 supplies.  Also update the cpr-regulator devices to
utilize the new spm-regulator devices.
