ARM: dts: msm: Specify clocks and regulators for venus

Define each clock and regulator that's used by the venus/vidc
driver.

MSM8994 adds a new power domain, which are regulated by
venus-core2-supply which refers to HEVC encode.

Add the "clock-names" entry as clock team deprecated
the earlier keyword "qcom,clock-names".
