msm: vidc: Rename enums towards avoidance of driver conflicts

Add an alternative enumeration towards fixing the conflict
with dvb driver that interacts with msm_vidc driver.
Others non-conflicting enum have been also rename to avoid
conflicts in the future.
The conflicting definitions will be removed after userspace
start using the new resolution.
