power: qpnp-smbcharger: Remove charge inhibit irq handler

Since we're moving towards configuring FG for charge inhibit and
auto recharge, we can determine the charge inhibit status from
INT_RT_STS and update the battery charging status. So handling
charge inhibit interrupt is not needed. Remove it.
