ASoC: wcd_cpe_services: Fix CPE reset sequence

During CPE crash, the CPE hardware block is reinitialized. During this
re-initialization, some of the old register values cause issues. Fix the
reset sequence so to reset specific hardware blocks appropriately to
avoid CPE going into bad state during re-initialization.
