ARM: dts: msm: Add new DTS file for 8909 MTP with SMB1360

Add following device node and configuration:

- SMB1360 device node and charger/FG configuration.
- GPIO pin configuration for SMB1360 interrupt line.

Disable PM8909 linear charger and BMS.
