power: smb1360: Add DT properties to update a few more FG params

Add DT properties to configure the below parameters

CC_TO_CV voltage: The voltage at which the FG transitions
from CC to CV charging.
Thermistor C1-coefficient: The C1-coeff. of the battery thermistor.
This value is a 16-bit float.

While at it, update the NOMINAL capacity while updating the
ACTUAL capacity.
