arm/dt: msm8974: Enable support for configuring MPM interrupt

On 8974, DP and DM lines are routed to MPM for detecting data lines
transition during VDD minimization. Hence enable support for allowing
VDD minimization during host bus suspend and depend on MPM for usb
remote wakeup.
