ARM: dts: msm8916: Change Backlight PWM frequency from 9.3khz to 30KHZ 



MIC noise is 9.3KHz, which is from LCD backlight boost power net.
Tuning the frequency from 9.3KHZ to 30KHZ to avoid this issue.
