arm/dt: apq8084: Add TSENS node

TSENS is used to read the temperature across the die.
Upto 11 sensors are supported and uses calibration-less
mode to use default slope and offsets until efuse maps
are available. Clients include thermal clients that
read the temperature from the sensor to perform
thermal mitigation.
