ARM: dts: msm: Update vbatdet-delta-mv on pm8110 and pm8226

Currently, pm8226 and pm8110 have incorrect configurations for
vbatdet-delta-mv. The values are too high for soc-based resume of
charge. This may cause charging to stop working with a half full
battery.

Fix this by updating the vbatdet-delta-mv values to 100mV.
