msm: board-8960: Reset AVS init values for 8960 Pro. 



AVS is not configured on 8960 Pro targets. As 8960 Pro shares boards
file with 8960, the AVS registers get enabled by default. Until the AVS
init configuration is available for Pro targets, reset the SPM AVS
values to 0.
