ASoC: wcd9306: Fix the ANC disable sequence

Move ANC disable sequence to PRE PMD event because the function
is not called in the POST PMD event. This ensures that the PAs
are disabled and ANC block is reset and it minimizes the pop
noise on ANC disable.
