msm: apq8064-i2s: Update the MI2S sample rate as non-fixed-up

Update the sample rate of MI2S RX and TX ports so that
sample rate is not fixed as 48000kHz. It takes the sample rate
from hw_param passed from the user space which provides the
flexibility to different use cases.
