msm: 8974: Add gpio configuration for HSIC controller and HUB

MSM GPIOs are used by HSIC Core for Strobe and Data lines.
HSIC HUB's INT_N line also uses one GPIO that is required to
select HUB's REFCLK frequency. Configure and install these GPIOs.
