msm: thermal: Add sensor id mapping ability

In some cases, the remote sensors that are enabled are not
sequential. Also, when this happens, there is possibility that max sensor
count might be smaller than the remote sensor id. Add the mapping
so that we can specify the remote sensor id by giving sensor software
id.
