msm: camera: Set QOS & VBIF values for 8x26 hw

1. Added the QOS & VBIF values for 8x26 hw version. Without this change
   the register takes value 0 which resulted in bus overflow issue.
2. Changed the name of the #define to include the hw chip number and
   avoid confusion.
