ASoC: msm: update MBHC threshold voltage for APQ8084 Alt. device

Increase the MBHC threshold voltage for APQ8084 alternate
device from 2400mV to 4000mV. This is needed to fix a
h/w issue in the APQ8084 alternate devices.
