ARM: dts: msm: optimize touch screen sleep config

The current sleep configuration of touch screen reset and interrupt
signals is causing high rock bottom numbers. It is optimized for
power saving by:
1. reducing the drive strength
2. changing the bias to pull-down because floating GPIO's draw
   current during sleep.
