defconfig: 8610: disable mousedev for defconfig and perf-defconfig

Disable mousedev from defconfig to avoid it being
opened by the native sensors hal library.

There are occasions when it does not return from the open
system call on its node /dev/input/mice and android boot
hangs in system_server process indefinitely.
