defconfig: 8084: Sync kernel config to recommended settings

Sync apq8084_defconfig and apq8084-perf_defconfig with the
Android recommended kernel configuration fragment, ensuring
that kernel options recommended for Android are enabled.
The CONFIG_HID_NTRIG=y option is omitted due to compilation
issues.
