ARM: dts: msm: configure i2c gpios in pull_down mode for msm8909

Configuring the sleep state of the I2C GPIOs in no-pull
mode causing the leakage current during the sleep.
Hence, modifying the sleep state of the GPIOs to pull_down
mode.
