ARM: dts: msm: add bu21150 driver to MSM8939 CDP

MSM8939 CDP with subtype 2 is equipped with JDI A216 FHD panel
and bu21150 Touch Analog Front End(TAFE). Add device tree node
for TAFE. TAFE requires 3.0V analog supply according to HW spec.
LDO17 is shared by TAFE and camera for analog supply. Since
camera can operate at 3.0V, its voltage is raised from 2.85V to
3.0V so that TAFE will operate at the recommended voltage.
