ASoC: msm8x16-wcd: update txfe clkdiv register setting

Presently the TXFE HPF register is set to 0x40 for the
first 300 ms of a stream. The DC offset is extremely high
and causes digital saturation.
With this value as 0x42 instead, the extreme DC offset
issue is not present. Also Tx CnP is much improved.
