ASoC: msm: qdsp6v2: ASM changes to use stream id as token parameter

Gapless compressed offload playback operates on two streams.
Platform driver needs to know the stream for which the command
callback is recieved. Use the token parameter in apr header to
pass the stream for ASM commands for which DSP expects stream and
session.
