ARM: dts: msm: Add PMIC peripheral devices for PM8909

The change adds below peripheral nodes:
- vm-bms supports voltage-based battery monitoring on PM8909.
- temp-alarm monitors the PM8909 die temp.
- PWM node supports the 6/9-bit PWM on PM8909.
