ARM: dts: msm: Add flags for FDE/PFE support on 8916 and 8994

Add following flags to msm8916 and msm8994
- support-fde
- support-pfe

These flags are needed to be set on targets that support
FDE (full disk encryption) and PFE (per file encryption),
respectively.
