ARM: dts: msm: Add BAM DMUX no-cpu-affinity

BAM DMUX workqueue is bound to CPU0 to support the network stack
requirements to avoid the out of order packet issue.

Network stack is using RPS feature to avoid the out order packet issue
so remove the cpu-affinity from the BAM DMUX driver.
