arm: dts: 8084: Distinguish boards with mdm9x25, mdm9x35 and mdm9x35-alt

Add mdm9x35 instance.
Remove the mdm9x25 instance from the common mtp and cdp files.
Move the mdm9x25 and mdm9x35 instances to appropriate board files.
Also distinguish between boards with mdm9x35 and boards with mdm9x35
in alternate configuration.
