msm: board-9615: Configure devices for HSIC/HSUSB concurrent mode.

Set usb_core_id property in the platform data of four devices:
1. usb_core_id = 0 for the HSUSB ci13xxx device
2. usb_core_id = 1 for the HSIC ci13xxx device
3. usb_core_id = 0 for the HSUSB android device
4. usb_core_id = 1 for the HSIC android device (new device added)
