ASoC: wcd9330: Fix the sync problem after SSR

After the SSR, codec registers are to be restored
to the ASoC cached values so that the state of the
codec registers are in sync with DAPM. This would
make sure that the use case gets teardown properly
when userspace issues close command after the SSR.
