ARM: dts: msm: configure gpio on cti map and unmap on 8994

Modify CoreSight CTI device tree entry to be able to configure
gpio using pinctrl framework only when the corresponding CTI
is mapped and unmapped for a specific trigin or trigout. This
avoids potential power impact when the CTI is not in use.
