ARM: dts: msm: increase pcie bar memory space to 7 Meg.

This patch rearranges PCIe AXI slave space assignment for
various regions to increase PCIe bar memory space from
5 Meg to 7 Meg to accomodate some end point device which
may need much bigger bar memory allocated.
