msm: mdss: fix backlight issue on ESD recovery

On ESD recovery the backlight update call doesn't come in
after resume. Due to this though the panel is recovered
from ESD attack display doesn't show up as backlight is
zero. Update the backlight on first commit after ESD
recovery to avoid this.
