ARM: dts: msm: Add USB ID gpio for mtp variant for msm8939

An external ID line using msm gpio is used on MSM8939 for
USB ID detection. Hence install pin configurations for usb_id_gpio.

Also set mode to OTG mode as well as both device and host modes
are supported.
