thermal: tsens8974: Support enabling individual sensors

Add capability to perform sensor-id mapping within the
TSENS sensors. On certain occasions remote sensors might
be enabled that are not sequential. The sensor-id provides
the ability to individually select the remote sensor that
needs to be enabled and read the temperature.
