msm: smp2p_gpio: Change non-fatal error message to SMP2P_INFO

Calling smp2p_set_value() with an invalid gpio_chip type is not fatal,
and does not require printing an error to the kernel log.

Change the log message type to SMP2P_INFO to reflect the non-fatal status
of this error.
