thermal: tsens8974: Add TSENS driver as part of early init

Thermal kernel driver requires TSENS driver information
regarding the number of sensors that are supported. Due
to this TSENS driver needs to be probed earlier than the
thermal kernel drivers device initialization. Therefore
add the TSENS driver platform registration as part of
early init.
