ARM: dts: msm: enable charger for MSM8909 MTP/CDP

PM8909 has linear battery charger peripheral. Enable the node
for MSM8909 CDP/MTP to support charging control, battery status
reporting, USB charge-path detection and other supported features.

Keep charging disabled by default.
