ARM: dts: msm: Use PMA8084 resources for msm8974pro-ac-mtp

MSM8974Pro-AC uses PMA8084 as a primary PMIC instead of PM8941.
Add a new dtsi file to remap all MTP board consumer usage of
PM8941 and PM8841 resources (regulators, GPIOs, MPPs, IRQs)
to the corresponding PMA8084 resources.
