ASoC: 8939_slimbus: fix the tx mute in case of suspend

During the voice call with the aanc enabled, if the suspend is
triggered then the ANC EAR widget powers down leading to the
disconnect of the TX path.
Fix by marking the ANC widgets to be ignored for the suspend
operations.
