ASoC: msm8x16-wcd: update MBHC driver mechanical detection

Update the tomback irq driver to enable the proper IRQ on codec.
Enable the headset detection while initialization.
Update MBHC driver to populate the headset HPHL and GND switch
type to normaly open or normaly close.
Enable MBHC clock bit during MBHC initialization.
