misc: qpnp-misc: Handle IRQ check for PMICs other than PM8941

The SPMI MISC peripheral found in PM8226 and PMA8084 PMIC chips
also supports interrupts.  Update the qpnp-misc driver to return
the correct output of 1 from qpnp_misc_irqs_available() when
running on a system which utilizes PM8226 or PMA8084.
