defconfig: msm8916: enable avtimer in defconfig

avtimer clock tick is used to timestamp data buffers by camera
driver. This driver provides API to get the Q6 out of power
collpased state so that avtimer value read is valid. This change
enables avtimer driver for all 8916 defconfig files.
