ASoC: wcd9320: Update wavegen timeout based on compander

In order to acheive optimized click and pop values on
headphone path, the wavegen timer needs to be set to
20msec when compander is OFF and to 5msec whe compander
is ON. Update the wavegen timer based on compander status
