power: qpnp-fg: battery id based profile loading

Utilize of_batterydata_get_best_profile batterydata
API to obtain the closest matching battery profile
device tree node.

If there is only one profile available this will
be the node returned.

Once this node is filled, load this profile into
SRAM.

If one wants to disable this feature you can simply
set the qcom,use-otp-profile property in the qpnp-fg
device tree node.
