defconfig: msm: Fix stack protector config name

The change:

      stackprotector: Introduce CONFIG_CC_STACKPROTECTOR_STRONG

renames CONFIG_CC_STACKPROTECTOR to CONFIG_CC_STACKPROTECTOR_REGULAR.
Apply this change to all of the MSM defconfigs so that this feature
will still be enabled.
