ARM: dts: msm: enable battery aging compensation feature for MSM8909 MTP

The FCC (full charge capacity) and RBATT (battery resistance) gets
impacted based on the number of charge cycles.
Add DT property to enable FCC/RBATT compensation feature(battery aging)
in VMBMS.
